1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided via the website idea2spiral.com. By booking a session through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Formation of Contract

A binding agreement is formed once a booking is made through the online scheduling tool (Calendly) and the payment is successfully processed via Stripe. The client receives an automatic confirmation by email.

3. Services

The contract covers the service “VisionCasting to Signal Core”.
Sessions are delivered online (via Google Meet) at the agreed time.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are as stated on the website at the time of booking. According to the Austrian Small Business Regulation – § 6 para. 1 no. 27 VAT Act): No VAT is charged. Payments are made exclusively through the offered online payment providers (Stripe).

5. Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; §§ 11 ff. FAGG). The withdrawal period runs for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) must be sent to the provider.

Effects of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Proportional Payment (§ 16 FAGG; Art. 14 CRD)
If the client has requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and withdraws after the session has been held but before all contractual elements have been delivered, the client must pay an amount proportionate to the service already performed. This amount is not refundable. The session constitutes 80% of the service value; the one-pager constitutes 20%.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 1 FAGG; Art. 16 lit. a CRD)
The right of withdrawal expires early once the service has been fully performed before expiry of the withdrawal period.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged.

7. Liability

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for technical issues (e.g. internet connection problems) outside the provider’s control.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed only to handle the booking and deliver the service. Sessions may be recorded (audio/video) for the purpose of creating accurate transcripts and summaries (e.g. one-pager deliverables). Recordings are created and stored using Tana (third-party software). Recordings and transcripts will not be shared publicly and are used exclusively for the delivery of services to the client. Clients may request deletion of the recording and/or transcript once the deliverable has been completed. Details are outlined in the separate Privacy Policy available on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence apply. For business clients, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office in Vienna, Austria.
